「おしまい」(以下「本アプリ」)は、Junabel Miyazaki(以下「開発者」)が提供する、 保護者が自分の iPhone を子どもに渡す前に、アプリの利用を一時的に制限するためのアプリです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。
- アカウント登録はありません
- 氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などを取得しません
- 利用状況の解析(アナリティクス)を行いません
- 広告を表示せず、広告識別子を使用しません
- 通信するのは、こどもの絵(登録画面とホームに出す絵)と、どの絵があるかの一覧を取り込むときだけです(3. を参照)
2. スクリーンタイム機能について
本アプリは、Apple が提供するスクリーンタイム API(Family Controls / Managed Settings / Device Activity)を使用して、お使いの iPhone 上でアプリの利用制限を行います。
- 制限の設定・解除は、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します
- 制限対象として選択したアプリの情報は、Apple の仕組み上、開発者を含む第三者が 内容を知ることができない形式(匿名トークン)で端末内にのみ保存されます
- スクリーンタイムに関するデータが端末の外部に送信されることはありません
- 制限を使っていた時間(はじめた時刻・終了した時刻)、そのとき制限対象に選んでいたアプリ(上記の匿名トークン)、保護者が選んだ「だれが使っていたか」を、こどものスマホ時間の記録として、お使いの端末内に保存します(iPhone 自体のバックアップには含まれます)。記録は開発者を含む外部に送信されません。1年を過ぎた記録は、次にアプリを開いたときに削除されます。アプリ内からいつでも削除できます
- 保護者は、こどもの名前・色と、絵のための性別・肌の色・髪型・うまれた年月(年と月)をアプリ内に登録できます(名前以外は任意)。これらはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され(iPhone 自体のバックアップには含まれます)、開発者を含む外部には送信されません(絵の取り込みで分かることは 3. のとおりです)。アプリ内からいつでも変更・削除できます
- こどもに渡すときと返されたときのスクリーンタイムの控えから、アプリごとの利用時間を計算します。1回の貸し出しで1分未満の利用は表示せず、時間は分単位の目安です。控えを取得できない回は表示できず、反映の遅れや受け渡し前後の操作によって誤差が出ることがあります
- 控えと計算結果は、端末内のスクリーンタイムのレポート拡張の中だけに保存されます。アプリ本体は利用時間の数値を読み取れず、開発者や外部サーバーへ送信しません。親の利用を含む生の控えは集計が確定した後のレポート更新時に削除します。計算結果は最長1年分で、記録を消した場合や1年を過ぎた場合は、次にレポートが動いたときに削除します
- 位置情報の取得や、ほかの端末からの見守り・遠隔での監視は行いません
3. こどもの絵の取り込み
ホームのこどものカードに出す絵(土台の絵と、季節や行事の服の絵)は、アプリを小さく保つため本アプリに含めず、開発者のサーバー(assets.oshimai.app。配信に Cloudflare を使います)から取り込みます。どの絵を出すかは、保護者が選んだ肌の色・髪型・性別と、うまれた年月、端末の地域設定に応じて端末内で決めます。
- 取り込むのは、こどもの登録画面で見せる絵(選んでいる性別・肌の色の、髪の色と髪型ごとの小さな絵と、選んでいる絵の大きな絵)と、登録したこどもの絵(選んだ性別・肌の色・髪型・髪の色。選んでいないこどもと、選んだ絵がなくなったこどもは、登録画面で最初に出す絵)の、いまの成長の段(0 歳など)の土台の絵と服の絵ぜんぶ(ただし行事の服は、クリスマスのようにどの国でも出すものと、端末の地域設定の国のものだけ)と、どの絵があるかの一覧です。登録画面を開いたとき、こどもを登録したり変えたりしたあと、アプリを開いたときに、まだ無い絵を取りに行きます
- サーバーに届くのは、絵のファイル名と、インターネットの通信でいつも送られる情報(IP アドレス、端末の言語、アプリと iOS の版など)です。ファイル名は絵の種類を表すので、その絵の性別・肌の色・髪型・髪の色・成長の段と、服の種類が分かります。行事の服には国ごとのもの(日本の正月など)があるので、端末の地域設定がその国かどうかも分かります。服の絵は段ごとにまとめて取り込むので、その日にどの服を出したかや、うまれた月は分かりません
- こどもの名前・色・うまれた年月、こどものスマホ時間の記録、スクリーンタイムのデータは送りません。登録した情報を外部の生成 AI に送ることもありません。Cookie や広告識別子など、利用者を見分けるための情報も使いません
- 開発者は、取り込みの通信の記録を保存せず、利用者やこどもと結び付けません。配信に使う Cloudflare は、絵を届けることと安全のために通信を処理します(Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシー)
- 取り込んだ絵はお使いの端末内に保存し(iPhone 自体のバックアップには含めません)、こどもを消したり絵を変えたりしたとき、成長の段が進んだとき、サーバーの絵が描き直されたときは、使わなくなった絵を消して新しい絵を取り込みます。取り込めないときや、インターネットにつながっていないときは、絵の代わりにこどもの色のシルエットを出します。こどもの名前・色・うまれた年月の登録は、インターネットにつながっていなくてもできます
4. 子どものプライバシー(COPPA への準拠)
本アプリは保護者が使用することを想定したアプリであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象と していません。本アプリは、子どもを含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しないため (保護者が端末内に登録する名前などは開発者に届きません。絵の取り込みで届くファイル名も、保存せず、だれとも結び付けません)、 米国児童オンラインプライバシー保護法(COPPA)およびその改正規則(2026年施行)に 準拠しています。
5. 購入情報
本アプリの購入は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。開発者が購入者の氏名、 住所、支払い情報にアクセスすることはありません。購入情報の取り扱いについては、 Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページにて告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリのアップデート情報等でもお知らせします。

Oshimai ("the App"), provided by Junabel Miyazaki ("the Developer"), helps parents temporarily restrict app usage on their own iPhone before handing it to their child.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information whatsoever.
- No account registration
- No collection of names, email addresses, location, or contacts (a child's name you enter in the App stays on your device)
- No usage analytics
- No advertising and no use of advertising identifiers
- The App goes online only to fetch your children's pictures (those for the registration screen and the home screen), and the list of the pictures available (see 3.)
2. About Screen Time Features
The App uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (Family Controls / Managed Settings / Device Activity) to restrict app usage on your iPhone.
- Applying and removing restrictions happens entirely on your device
- Apps you select for restriction are stored only on your device as anonymous tokens that no third party — including the Developer — can read
- No Screen Time data ever leaves your device
- How long a restriction was on (when it started and when it ended), which apps were selected at the time (the anonymous tokens above), and the parent's own notes of which child had the iPhone are kept on your device as a record of your child's phone time (it is included in your iPhone's own backups). It is never sent to the Developer or anyone else. Entries older than a year are deleted the next time you open the App, and you can delete them in the App at any time
- Parents may enter their children's names and colours in the App, and for their pictures the gender, skin tone, hairstyle and birth month (year and month; all but the name are optional). These are stored only on your device (they are included in your iPhone's own backups), are never sent to the Developer or anyone else (for what fetching the pictures tells, see 3.), and can be changed or deleted in the App at any time
- The App estimates per-app use during each lending by comparing Screen Time snapshots taken when you hand over and take back your iPhone. Apps used for less than one minute per lending are omitted, and times are rounded to approximate minutes. A lending without both snapshots cannot be shown. Delayed Screen Time updates and use around the hand-over may affect the estimates
- Snapshots and calculated results are stored only inside the Screen Time report extension on your device. The main app cannot read the usage numbers, and they are never sent to the Developer or an external server. Raw snapshots, which can include parental use, are deleted when the report next updates after the lending is settled. Results are kept for up to one year; results for deleted or expired records are removed the next time the report runs
- The App does not track location or let anyone monitor your device remotely
3. Fetching Your Children's Pictures
The pictures on a child's card on the home screen (the base picture and the pictures in seasonal and festive outfits) are not included in the App, to keep it small; the App fetches them from the Developer's server (assets.oshimai.app, delivered through Cloudflare). Which picture to show is decided on your device, from the skin tone, hairstyle, gender and birth month you enter, and your device's Region setting.
- What is fetched: the pictures shown on the child registration screen (a small one for each hair colour and hairstyle of the gender and skin tone being chosen, and the chosen one in full), the base picture and every outfit picture of each registered child's picture (the gender, skin tone, hairstyle and hair colour you chose; for a child you chose none for, or whose chosen picture is no longer offered, the picture the registration screen starts with) at their current growth stage (such as age 0), and the list of the pictures available. Of the festive outfits, only those shown everywhere (such as Christmas) and those of the country your device's Region is set to are fetched. The App fetches the ones it does not have yet when you open the registration screen, after you add or change a child, and when you open the App
- The server receives each picture's file name and what any internet request carries (your IP address, your device's language, the versions of the App and iOS, and the like). The file name names the picture, so it tells that picture's gender, skin tone, hairstyle, hair colour, growth stage and outfit. Some festive outfits belong to one country (such as Japan's New Year), so the file names also tell whether your device's Region is set to that country. Because the outfits of a stage are fetched together, it does not tell which outfit was shown on a given day, nor the birth month
- Your children's names, colours and birth months, the record of their phone time, and Screen Time data are never sent, and nothing you enter is sent to an external generative AI service. No cookies, advertising identifiers or anything else meant to tell users apart is used
- The Developer does not keep logs of these requests and does not link them to you or your children. Cloudflare, which delivers the pictures, processes the requests to deliver them and keep the service secure (Cloudflare's Privacy Policy)
- Fetched pictures are stored on your device (not in your iPhone's own backups). When you remove a child or change a picture, when the child moves on to the next growth stage, or when a picture is redrawn on the server, the pictures no longer used are deleted and the new ones fetched. When they cannot be fetched, or you are offline, the App shows a silhouette in the child's colour instead. Registering a child's name, colour and birth month works offline
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The App is intended for use by parents and is not directed to children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information from any user, including children (nothing a parent enters, such as names, reaches the Developer, and the file names sent to fetch pictures are neither kept nor linked to anyone), it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its amended rule (effective 2026).
5. Purchases
Purchases of the App are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer has no access to purchasers' names, addresses, or payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
